I’ve not only studied leadership, but lived leadership from the ground up.
I started working at age 14 as a paper boy in the streets of the Bay Area. I worked in a mom-and-pop video game store at 16 and became a manager at 18.
At 34 I started my own organization, interviewed, hired, and developed staff to where they are now running the organization.
Today, as a Certified Coach and Consultant, I help scale organizations through upleveling their talent from individual contributors up through the C-suite.
After running numerous cohorts through companies and mixed groups from various teams, I’ve helped hundreds of people get promoted.

RiseUp Cohort is built on leadership consulting frameworks and cohorts I’ve done with teams, businesses, and leaders from all different sectors and industries. What ended up happening as a byproduct was a good amount of people getting promoted as they went through the cohort. But it was originally intended to upgrade all leaders from individual contributors to C-suite. If you’re looking to be a better human being and leader, this is the right cohort for you.

Quite possibly! Many companies have reimbursed or covered the cohort in the past. However your mileage may vary depending on your specific HR policy or management approval filter.
What I would recommend is letting your supervisor know that you’re enrolling in a leadership development program used for various companies (see my section on “trusted by”) and I can provide you a one-page description of the cohort and invoice. -
This cohort will give you access to 51 leadership lessons on demand. We’ll cover about a quarter of them. It’s meant to be a year long program.
However, because it’s self-paced, you can actually finish the content quite fast. I can see what you’ve completed and issue you a CEU certificate if you choose to. Keep in mind, RISEUP COHORT will help you integrate your learning, but self-paced videos are just content.

You can. RISEUP COHORT will include 4 months access and you can continue access for $10/month or $100/year.

Nope. As a Certified coach and consultant, I cannot promise you results. Every client has to do the work. What I can tell you is that this stuff is legit. People do get promoted. You will learn how to advocate for yourself, learn to work with your boss better, see and improve your blind spots, and become a candidate in the running for promotion.
I coach executives using this same material and format. This isn’t small potatoes stuff I created in my bedroom. It’s tried and true, people, team, and organization transforming.
But yes, sometimes people have impossible situations. You’ll learn, however, that “impossible situations” are not the same as “there’s nothing you can do.” -
Look, I’m going to tell you the truth. I don’t believe in refunds. And it’s not because I want to keep your money. If you sign up, the money keeps you engaged. You made the decision. So clear your time, make this priority, and do the work.
This is not additive to everything else going on in your life. If you want to get promoted or be a great leader, this is THE focus for you in the next season.

You can still watch the videos on your own, but I’m going to level with you. People don’t get transformed and promoted from watching videos.They get promoted, transformed, and become a better leader because they got coached in a group and 1-on-1. The live training IS the meat and potatoes of change.
